I'm so plankful for all of you that participated. I look forward to Planksgiving every year and it is because of you!

Planksgiving was an awesome challenge. It feels great going into December with all this positive energy 🎉🎄

I completed Day 30! 1m 25s Was really hoping for closer to 2m but it kills my shoulders.

I completed Day 29!

You did a great job!


There are some small adjustments you can make to ease the impact to your shoulders. When you plant your hands, spread your fingers, bring your pointer fingers parallel. Activate your arms from palm to shoulder by gently grounding down through your hand and dialing the hands and elbows away from each other. Make sure your core is activated from spine to belly button and press through your heels. Make sure your shoulders are over your wrists. Itvhelps to check this in front of a mirror, because often we thing shoulders are over wrists, but the are walked out slightly. Press through your heels.
